In recent years, with the rapid development of the global economy, waterwaytransport becomes an important means of promoting economic development. At thesame time, the offshore petroleum resources mining technology improves constantly,the sea bay sprung up more and more from oil drilling platform. This, to a certainextent, increased the risk of oil in Marine environment. The sea permeated with oilhas a serious impact to the Marine ecological environment. On the one hand, thecrude oil leakage area covering on the sea surface lead to the waters range seriouslack of oxygen, greatly reduce the productivity of the ocean. On the other hand, theharmful material of Marine oil spill in organisms that have accumulated for a longtime will eventually bring harm to human health.At present, when the oil spill accident happens, we can make use of satelliteremote sensing technology and fast for the concrete position of the oil spill accident,pollution scope, oil film scale and other important information. But because of theunexpected and urgent nature of oil spill accident, oil spill surveillance can onlyprovide part of the real-time information; it is not very good support for emergencyaction. In this case, the numerical simulation can use the wind, the sea and otherrelevant data of the oil spill accident area to predict the quality of oil spill, oil filmhave scaled, possible trajectory and diffusion range and a series of oil spill changetrend, effectively make up for the deficiency of the visual ability, quick, science toprovide strong technical support for the oil spill accident, effectively reduce the loss.The accuracy of the hydrodynamic conditions is the premise of the oil spillcalculation. This paper uses the related data of the Bohai Sea, establish the Bohai seahydrodynamic mathematical model, and verify the calculated results. Afterverification, the results show that the model can be used for the Bohai seahydrodynamic numerical simulation. On this basis, this paper, take Bohai bay19-3oilfield oil spill accident for instance, combined with probability analysis to determine calm wind, strong wind (NNW) and often wind (S) of the oil spill area, established oilspill mathematical model. Analyzed oil spill in the sea drift, expansion, emulsification,evaporation and diffusion, evaluated the oil spill’s impact on the environment.Through the oil spill simulation, it is known that, in the calm wind, the mainfactors influenced the spread of oil spill is the tide. Oil film area along with the oilfilm thickness decreases. At this time, the oil spill mainly impacts the Marineenvironment, but as time goes on, the oil spill will also impact the terrestrialenvironment.In strong wind (NNW) function, oil spill drift diffusion direction mainly alongthe wind direction. In the oil spill occurred about six days later, oil film will arrive inYantai Penglai coast. In the later of oil spill happened, piling up on the coast of oilspill is once again to bay, with the tidal current drift to Bohai bay east half. And othersea areas of Bohai sea was less affected by oil spill.In often wind (S) function, oil spill drift diffusion direction mainly along thewind direction also. Oil spill occurred after ten days or so, the front of oil film willcontact with coast. Late in the oil spill, the oil film will diffuse towards east and west.The east will affect the coast near Qinhuangdao, and west side is basically covered thewhole Liaodong bay.Because the oil spill evaporation and emulsifying behavior will occur completelyabout one week after the oil spill accident happened. So in calm wind, strong wind(NNW) and often wind (S) function, oil spill evaporation behavior area andemulsifying behavior area will maintain the area size in a week after the oil spillaccident. But due to the influence of the different wind speed and direction, theoccurrence in these two kinds of behavior of the oil film shape is also different...
