This paper is divided into three parts: the preparation of carbon nanotubes/natural rubber composite materials;Study on the preparation technology and properties of carbon nanotube hybridization;Carbon nanotube hybrid/natural rubber composite was prepared by slurry blending.There are many methods to realize carbon nanotubes and natural rubber,but there are some defects existing in these methods,so it is necessary to find a fast and effective method for blending.In this paper,based on the study of the blending methods proposed by a number of experts and scholars,this paper explores and proposes a new method for the blending of carbon nanotubes/natural rubber-slurry method.The carbon nanotubes/natural rubber composites prepared by slurry blending method have smaller delta G 'values and stable thermal conductivity.Compared to the latex blending preparation of carbon nanotubes/natural rubber composites,slurry blending preparation of carbon nanotubes/natural rubber composites tensile strength increased by 15.2%,the average tear strength increased by 5.2% on average.The main body of the third chapter is carbon nanotube hybridization.As is known to all,in traditional rubber industry,carbon black,because of its own chemical adsorption and physical adsorption can be perfectly combined with rubber,in this paper,inspired by carbon black: whether can be in carbon nanotubes grown on the substrate of some similar to carbon black carbon,the carbon body between carbon nanotubes and rubber play the role of "bridge" to make carbon nanotubes and rubber together better.The third chapter mainly studies the process of the hybridization on the substrate of carbon nanotubes and the characterization of hybridized bodies.In the fourth chapter,the slurry blending method is applied to the blending of carbon nanotube hybrid and natural rubber,and the excellent performance of carbon nanotube hybrid/natural rubber composite is prepared.The homogenization of the carbon nanotubes is dispersed in the rubber matrix.Carbon nanotubes hybrid bodythrough the amorphous carbon strengthening its physical adsorption and chemical adsorption combined with rubber macromolecule chain,which makes carbon nanotubes with rubber macromolecule chains intertwine to form three dimensional network structure more solid.The above two points make the performance of carbon nanotube hybrid/natural rubber composites improved.
