For the preparation of high damping thermoplastic elastomer,based on the styrene-ethylene/butene-styrene(SEBS)and butyl rubber(IIR)and polypropylene(PP)asbasic materials,using the melting blend and dynamic vulcanization method respectively SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer was prepared(SEBS/PP TPE)and IIR/PP dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer(TPV).The effects of preparation process parameters,raw material ratio and filling materials on the dynamic mechanical properties and basic mechanical properties of the blends were studied.Thesis the first part of the preparation of the SEBS/PP TPE,effects of PP dosage,oil filling amount,terpene resin,petroleum resin and hindered phenol on mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of TPE were studied.,the influence of results showed that the addition of PP obviously improved the mechanical properties of TPE,but reduces the damping properties of TPE;With the increase of oil filling,the tangent of TPE increases gradually.Comprehensive TPE mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties,when SEBS/PP=80/20,SEBS: paraffin oil =1:1,TPE performance is the best;The addition of resin on the TPE damping properties have a significant impact,with the increase of dosage of terpene resin and petroleum resin,SEBS/PP TPE tensile strength decreases,elongation at break increased gradually,the tan delta peak obvious move to high temperature,and effective WenYu significantly widened,damping performance is greatly improved;The addition of hindered phenol has no obvious effect on the damping performance.Paper also comparative study of different softening point of petroleum resins M901 and M110 and softening point of petroleum resin and terpene resin same effect on the properties of TPE found both for the improvement of the performance of the dampingPaper,the second part of the preparation of IIR/PP TPV,explores the optimum parameters of preparation of IIR/PP TPV,the experimental results show that the amount of curing agent,mixing temperature,dynamic flow time and rotating speed on the performance of IIR/PP TPV has a different degree of influence,was elected with 6 PHR phenolic resin curing agent and curing temperature is 180 ?,dynamic vulcanization time is 10 min,rotational speed is 80 RPM,preparation of IIR/PP(TPV)with good mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties.On the basis of the second part,the paper studied the influence of different filler on dynamic mechanical properties of TPV,major terpene resin,petroleum resin was studied and the effects of talcum powder,the results showed that petroleum resin,terpene resin and talcum powder on the properties of TPV damping improve all have certain effect.Add 30 PHR terpene resin and petroleum resin of IIR/PP TPV damping factor moved to higher temperature about 33 ? or so,the effective damping WenYu widened about 23 ? or so,TPV damping performance is improved obviously,combined with its mechanical properties,at this time of TPV comprehensive performance is the best.In comparison,the improvement of TPV damping performance of talc powder is obviously inferior to that of resin system,but its reinforcing effect is more prominent.
