At present,although the profits of coal mining enterprises have recovered to a certain extent,saving energy and reducing waste are still the main theme of corporate production.For the vast majority of coal mining enterprises,there are a large number of high-power asynchronous motors and power electronic equipment in the power supply system,resulting in increased reactive power consumption and harmonic interference,resulting in reduced power quality and waste of electrical energy.In order to realize electrical energy saving,coal mining enterprises have taken certain measures in the aspects of reactive power and harmonic control.However,due to the lack of electrical energy conservation planning,advanced compensation devices,and effective power monitoring and management measures,the actual energy saving effect is poor,so it is urgently needed.Develop coal mine electrical comprehensive energy-saving technology research.This paper takes the coal mine power supply system as the research background,based on the analysis of its power supply system characteristics,main power-consuming equipment and coal mine power supply system operation status,energy-saving design from three aspects.Firstly,analyze the global reactive power optimization of the coal mine power supply system,and propose a reactive power optimization scheme for the coal mine power supply system based on forward-return generation method power flow calculation and improved genetic algorithm.The distribution of the power flow in the coal mine power system is calculated and the coal mine optimal is determined.Compensation device installation position;Secondly,through the research on simultaneous compensation technology for low-voltage reactive power and filtering,FFT and Nine-domain control algorithms are used to achieve electrical parameter acquisition and capacitor switching control of distribution networks,respectively,from hardware design and software.Realize two aspects of designing comprehensive energy-saving devices suitable for low-voltage power supply systems in coal mines,and apply them to coal mine power supply systems to reduce reactive power and harmonic interference in coal mine power supply systems;Thirdly,through the study of coal mine energy monitoring and management technology,the design of the coal mine distribution network energy consumption network monitoring system based on the MCGS configuration software is completed,the digital bus collection of the coal mine electricity consumption is realized,and the electric energy monitoring and management of the mine is deployed.The system software platform realizes the refined management of electrical energy within the entire coal mine and improves the supervision level of mine power consumption.
