Safe,non-toxic,environmental protection is the development trend of vapor phase inhibitor.In order to update and replace the vapor phase inhibitor with sodium nitrite as the main component in China,preparing the environmental protection paper,The research work in this paper includes the following aspects.1.the static antirust screening experiments were carried out with a single componentandmulticomponent.TheeffectofSodiumbenzoate,Hexamethylenetetramine,1H-benzotriazole,Cyclohexylaminecarbonate and Phytate amine on corrosion behavior of Q235 steel sheet was studied in 5%(mass fraction)NaCl atmosphere.The experimental results showed that sodium benzoate,hexamethylenetetramine and 1H-benzotriazole corrosion inhibition ability level is general,can't be used as a gas phase antirust agent alone,single component Cyclohexylamine carbonate gas phase although it has good corrosion inhibition ability,but not pass through three days of static gas phase antirust experiment.In the field of dual component gas phase antirust,1H-benzotriazole and hexamethylenetetramine have the synergism effect,1H-benzotriazole and Cyclohexylamine carbonate have antagonistic effect.When the physic acid amine regulates pH=10,it has the best corrosion inhibition performance,and the surface of Q235 steel is bright without rust.Preferredformulaofm(sodiumbenzoate):m(hexamethylenetetramine):m(1H-benzotriazole):m(Phytate amine)was 5:2:2:1,The optimal dosage is 1 L in volume using 2 g.2.Through the study of static antirust performance of gas phase antirust paper under different coating quantities,it is found that the best dosage is when the mass fraction of the antirust liquid is 35%and the effective coating area is 12.6g/m~2.Under the optimal conditions,neutral salt spray test 15d,the test piece is bright without rust.3.Carry on VCI film pilot test,the antirust effect of the formula was verified by neutral salt spray test and gas corrosion inhibitor corrosion inhibition test.The study shows that after 15 d of neutral salt spray test,the test sheet of the factory remains bright without rust.The corrosion inhibition ability of the three groups is 0,and the surface of steel is not rusty.4.The inhibition mechanism of corrosion inhibitor is studied by electrochemical polarization curve analysis combined with gas phase rust screening test.The results showedthatSodiumbenzoate,Hexamethylenetetramine,1H-benzotriazole,Cyclo-hexylamine carbonate and Phytate amine is corrosion inhibitor with the main inhibition of anode;In terms of two component gas phase rust inhibition,1H-benzotriazole and cyclohexanamine carbonate have antagonistic effects due to steric hindrance,1H-benzotriazole and hexamethylenetetramine have the synergism of volatility and adsorption type.The electronegativity of O,N and P in Hexamethylenetetramine,1H-benzotriazole and phytate amines is hybridized with D empty orbit of Fe,forming a coordination bond to adsorb on the metal surface,and the nonpolar group with C and H atoms as skeleton is far away from the metal surface and self assembled to form a dense single molecule thin film.5.By scanning electron microscope analysis,compared with uncoated neutral kraft paper,the shape of the prepared paper has not changed obviously.The fine texture on the surface of the single paper fiber is completely blocked,but the gap between the fibers is still clearly visible.Compared with the PE film,the prepared gas phase antirust membrane has obvious difference.The surface of the PE film is smooth and uniform,without obvious protrusion and outline;the gas phase antirust membrane has obvious convex and concave unevenness,the pores on the surface are clearly visible,and some places even exist small particles depending on the surface6.By surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy,the Fe atoms in Q235 steel mainly adsorb near COO~-of Sodium benzoate,near C—N of Hexamethylenetetramine,near N—N of 1H-benzotriazole and near P—O of phytic amine.7.The prepared naphthalene ethylene diamine hydrochloride colorimetric reagent has better sensitivity than the traditional potassium iodide color reagent,and can give a clear distribution state of sodium nitrite in the gas phase antirust membrane.The prepared sodium nitrite color card can quickly analyze the sodium nitrite content in the antirust products.
