With the continuous improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection,the higher the demand for printed materials,water-based inks have been widely used because of its low volatility,lighter air pollution,and lower solvent residue in packaging.1.In this experiment,the epoxy resin is first esterified and opened with acrylate,and the resulting epoxy ester is modified with methyl methacrylate(MMA),styrene(St),butyl acrylate(BA)and methacrylic acid(MAA),and n-butanol is used as a solvent,and synthesize a waterborne epoxy resin by a grafting method.By studying the chemical reagent dosage and different process conditions on the properties of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion,established the optimal scheme of waterborne epoxy resin composite printing inks for the esterification rate was 75%,the best quality ratio of soft monomer and hard monomer is 4:1,the initiator dosage was 3%,the dosage of silane coupling agent was 4%,the reaction temperature is 110 ?.2.Methyl methacrylate,styrene,butyl acrylate and acrylic acid are copolymerized monomers,and silane coupling agents are functional monomers.Water-based epoxy resin emulsion by this method,the do not produce crosslinking reaction when stored at room temperature,and in the dry with the evaporation of moisture evaporation and neutralizing agent,The p H value of the system changes,and it is solidified into film under the catalysis of acid.3.The water based epoxy resin emulsion prepared by grafting method and add black alkaline pigment to make water-based ink.The effect of crosslinking system on the properties of waterborne ink is discussed.Results show that with the increase of epoxy resin esterification rate,the decrease of particle size,the viscosity of water-based ink is reduced,the stability is improved,and as crosslinking monomer,an increase in the amount of silane coupling agent,the emulsion adhesive fastness,enhanced resistance to water,can satisfy the viscosity,degree of fineness,adhesion and initial dryness ink printing eligibility requirements.4.Based on the laboratory's basic experiments,the process was scaled up,the process design parameters were studied,the process equipment was designed,and the hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)was performed.Each of them was determined and improved.The process control measures of the process unit form a complete process flow chart(PIDs)with control points.
