In this paper,the problem of how to predict and control the water pollution accident in the face of the water pollution accident is studied.The time and space distribution of the pollution zone after the sudden water pollution accident is obtained,the emergency time of the water intake is predicted,and the corresponding emergency control scheme is put forward.The research results can not only provide important scientific guarantee for the construction and operation of the project,but also provide reference for other water diversion projects.This not only embodies the important concept of the harmonious development of people and nature,but also solves the current situation of water shortage in the local water area,and ensures the local society and economy.It provides important guarantee for the sustainable development of the environment,and provides strong technical support for water quality safety of the Han and Wei River proiects.The main conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze the risk sources of enterprises around Yangxian County.The results can be obtained from the results:there are 7 venture capital enterprises in Yangxian County of Hanjiang River.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the enterprises are evaluated comprehensively.By calculating the weight of each enterprise,there are I risks in the venture capital enterprises,1 risks are high,and the ot er 5 have higher risk.(2)Through the simulation results of the sudden COD pollution accident,we can see that if the water amount is 138.15m3/s,if the pollutant leakage is 1.Om3/s,the pollutant is polluted after 49h,the peak is 0.0291 g/L,and if the leakage flow is 0.2m3/s,the pollutant is polluted by the gold gorge intake after 49h,the peak is 0.021 g/L.When the amount of water is 55.29m3/s,if the leakage flow is 1.0m3/s,the pollutant is polluted after 46h,and the peak is 0.023 g/L.If the leakage flow is 0.2m3/s,the pollutant is polluted after 48h,and the peak is 0.016 g/L.(3)Throughthe simulation is results of the suddenNH3-N pollution accident,we can see that if the amount of water is 138.15m3/s,if the leakage of the pollutants is 1.0m3/s,the pollutant is polluted after 49h the peak is 1.26m g/L,and if the leakage flow is 0.2m3/s,the pollutant is polluted after the 49h,the peak is 0.68 mg/.L,the concentration of pollutants has been lower than the three standard of NH3-N,indicating that when pollutants migrate to the intake,pollution has no effect.When the water amount is 55.29m3/s,if the leakage flow is 1.0m3/s,the pollutant is polluted after 49h,and the peak is 1.06 mg/L.If the leakage flow is 0.2m3/s,the pollutant is polluted after 48h,the peak is 0.57 mg/L,and the concentration of the pollutant is lower than NH3-N.The three kind of standard indicates that when pollutants move to the intake,pollution has no effect.(4)Through the simulation results of the sudden nitrobenzene pollution accident,we can see that the leakage of the pollutants is 10m3/s,and if the water amount is 138.15m3/s,the pollutant is polluted after 50h,and the peak is 0.55mg/L.If the water amount is in 55.29m3/s,the pollutants will pollute the water intake of the golden gorge after 54H,and the peak value is the peak value.It is 0.35 mg/L.Therefore,the greater the total amount of pollutants,the greater the amount of water,the higher the peak value of the pollutants in the same monitoring section and the same monitoring time,the greater the effect on the intake of the golden gorge.(5)According to the specific conditions of the study area,emergency control of two cases of COD,NH3-N and nitrobenzene is carried out.Through the study of 2 control schemes,the control of discharge flow shows that scheme 2 can shorten the duration of the effect on the water intake of the golden gorge,delay the time of the pollutant to the intake of the golden gorge,and reduce the concentration of the pollutant in the water intake.By reducing the flow control,it can be seen that when the flow rate is reduced,the time for the pollutant to reach the exit section increases,that is,the time of self purification increases.When the pollutant reaches the exit section,the water quality has reached the standard,so the downstream control sluice needs to be closed temporarily,and the water can continue to be lost after the sewage regiment has gone away.Through nitrobenzene chemicals regulation,we can choose the powder activated carbon to remove nitrobenzene at the golden gorge intake.
