| In this paper,the inorganic salt is modified into anti-icing filler,then it is combined with the silicone rubber matrix to form composite material with anti-icing properties.The preparation conditions,composition,structure and performance of the composite are studied systematically.Traffic road icing problem put forward a new solution.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)the different content of IceBane added to the silicone rubber,respectively,the test of the composite of the icing of the composite and found that with the increase in the content of IceBane added,composite materials,anti-icing ability is also rising,when adding After the content of IceBane reached 30%,the anticoagulant capacity of the composites was no longer increased.At this time,the freezing temperature of the composite surface was-5.1 ℃.And then the durability of 30% of the composite materials for durability experiments,the experimental results show that after repeated tests,anti-condensed silicone rubber basically lost the ability of anti-icing.(2)In order to improve the durability of anti-icing silica rubber composite material is poor,after the synthesis of diatomite and sodium chloride,adding to the silicone rubber material,and then its surface hydrophobically modified to make the surface with Hydrophobic properties of diatomaceous earth and sodium chloride mixture.Taking into account the hydrophobic properties of the silicone rubber material can have a certain degree of sustained release,and enhance its modified anti-icing ice durability,with hydrophobic properties of anti-icing silicone rubber for repeated testing.The experimental results show that the modified composites have the effect of anti-icing after repeated tests.(3)taking into account the role of chloride in the anti-icing effect of the road equipment will have the effect of corrosion,and the environment also has some damage,the use of environmentally friendly potassium formate material to replace the environmental damage to the chloride salt,the different content Was added to the silicone rubber matrix to test the icing temperature of the composites respectively.The results showed that the silicone rubber materials with the addition of environment-friendly potassium formate also had anti-icing properties.(4)Considering the poor durability of environmentally friendly potassium formate,the composites with 30% mass fraction with the best anti-icing capacity were selectedfor hydrophobicity modification and durability test.The experimental results show that after hydrophobic modification After the composite material still has anti-icing effect,and will not cause pollution and damage to the environment. |
