The problem of icing on solid surfaces in low-temperature environments seriously threatens the safety of production and living areas.The icing of engineering surfaces,including aircraft wings,may cause significant personnel safety accidents.At present,electrothermal anti-icing/de-icing technology has been widely used in the field of icing protection,but how to improve the versatility and anti-icing and deicing efficiency of traditional electrothermal anti-icing/deicing technology has attracted the widespread attention of researchers.In this paper,based on the design idea of electrothermal-hydrophobic self-lubricating coupling anti-icing,a flexible hydrophobic self-lubricating electrothermal anti-icing film material was prepared,which was used as the electric heating element of the electrothermal anti-icing/deicing system,and the film was tested in a wind tunnel.The anti-icing electrical power required for the material to be applied to the surface of an aircraft wing model component was studied.By integrating with temperature sensor monitoring,heating control and other hardware modules,a set of anti-icing and deicing temperature control device suitable for wind tunnel environments was designed and built.The main work completed in the thesis is as follows:1.Design and preparation of hydrophobic self-lubricating flexible electrothermal film composites.Based on polymer coating technology,a hydrophobic self-lubricating flexible electrothermal film material with a multifunctional layer structure was designed,and the preparation method and coating process of each functional coating was determined.The thin film is based on a commercial polyimide film.The composite coating material of an electric heating layer and a hydrophobic self-lubricating protective layer is used as a functional coating.Each functional coating is responsible for heating,hydrophobic self-lubrication and other functions and jointly forms an anti-icing structure with electrothermal-hydrophobic coupling.2.Experimental study on the performance of hydrophobic self-lubricating flexible electrothermal anti-icing film materials.The various properties of the prepared hydrophobic self-lubricating flexible electrothermal film were studied by material testing and characterization methods,and the performance of hydrophobic/electrothermal synergistic anti-icing and deicing of the multilayer structure film was verified by static deicing and dynamic anti-icing experiments.Compared with the electrothermal film without the hydrophobic self-lubricating protective layer,the friction coefficient and ice adhesion strength of the surface of the hydrophobic self-lubricating flexible electrothermal film with the multilayer structure design scheme were reduced by 29% and 57%,respectively.3.Determining the experimental model of the anti-icing electrothermal power density on the surface of the wing test components.Based on the wind tunnel test bench,the difference in the heating performance of thin film electric heating under different climatic conditions was tested.The difference in energy dissipation caused by convective heat transfer in different areas on the surface of the wing test component was studied in the wind tunnel environment,tested the anti-icing electric heating power required by the hydrophobic self-lubricating flexible electrothermal film material applied to the surface of the wing test plate under different icing environments,and established the anti-icing electric heating power on the surface of the wing test components according to the test data Density experimental model.4.Construction and verification of film anti-icing/de-icing temperature monitoring and heating control device.According to the icing protection requirements of a specific type of aircraft wing model components,the composition of the temperature control system was designed,and the selection of hardware modules,the construction of temperature monitoring and heating control logic and its program were completed,and the device was tested in the wind tunnel.Simple verification of the temperature monitoring function and heating control function.The flexible hydrophobic self-lubricating electrothermal film material designed and prepared in this study can be directly attached to complex curved surfaces such as aircraft wings and has made a practical contribution to reducing the energy consumption of the anti-/de-icing system.The hydrophobic-electrothermal coupling multifunctional layer structure design scheme has reference significance for designing and developing other functional coating materials.
