| With the decrease of oil and gas resources on land,exploration and development of oil and gas resources continue to shift to the ocean.Deepwater BOP which as the critical equipment to ensure the safety,plays an important role in the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources.Currently,the deepwater BOP systems we used are all imported from abroad,which severely restricts the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources.Researching on deepwater BOP technology and theory is a hot topic of offshore oil and gas equipments.Under the support of national 863 program,studyed deeply with the monitoring system of deepwater ram BOP prototype and have achieved some innovative achievements with important applications.Studied the function requirement and design priciples of deepwater BOP and completed the design of whole architecture of deepwater ram BOP prototype.Designed and developed data acquisition circuits of monitoring system temperature,pressure,flow,displacement and control circuits of motor and accumulators.Completed the hardware selection of monitoring system and set up the hardware system of deep ram BOP prototype.Studied the function and design priciples of software of deepwater BOP monitorin g system,and designed the monitoring software architecture of deepwater ram BOP.P roposed communication program between PC and NI data acquisition and control syste m and MCU.Based on the modular programming scheme,developed monitoring system sofeware by LabVIEW,and realized the function of prototype control,accumulator con trol,data acquisition of hydraulic oil temperature and circuits pressure and flow rate,ambient temperature and BOP ram displacement acquisition,data storage and query,report generation,animation,error handling,web publishing,hardware working status mo nitoring.Analyzed principle of hydraulic system of deepwater BOP,solved the common failure of hydraulic system,completed the debugging of hydraulic system of deepwater ram BOP prototype.Set testing parameters of deepwater ram BOP monitoring system,tested switching of blue box and yellow box,and tested founctions of accumulator.Found that the monitoring system can realize the monitoring and control function.Research on the influence of motor vibration on pressure sensor signal acquisition.Adopted the method of simulated fault to verify the blue box and yellow box can successfully switching.The results demonstrate that the monitoring software which has a good application can monitor failure and switching control box,improving the reliability of BOP. |
