In oil field,the production crew used to send workers regularly to check the running state of pumping units,this kind of traditional management mode has many problems such as: the massive manpower,the high labor intensity and the low working efficiency.In order to improve digitization and automation in oilfield,it is necessary to build a kind of wireless remote monitoring system to realize the remote monitoring function for pumping unit's equipment.Combined with the need of pumping unit's group control system,a kind of pumping unit's centralized-distributed remote monitoring system which combing GPRS and ZigBee communication technology was used in this paper,this system is consisted by the following three parts: the indicator diagram data's collecting and uploading module which is settled in beam-pumping unit's beam hanger,the frequency control terminal which is located in the ground of oil field,the data monitoring software which is used in production crew's operation department.There are one GPRS DTU and one pumping unit inverter in the frequency control terminal to communicate with FECCI.Through the ZigBee,indicator diagram module can upload data to FECCI in wireless way.In order to solve the problems including single function and the lack of serialports for pumping unit inverter,a function extension and communication controller of the inverter was developed in this paper.FECCI was designed by using STM32F103,and ?C/OS-?embedded operating system was transplanted into microprocessor.The communication between PC,the inverter,indicator diagram module and other equipment is coordinated and the network monitoring is achieved by using FECCI,the function extension including position detection which is used to switch the operating frequency between upper and lower stroke,and wellhead pressure detection also can be realized.The wireless indicator diagram data collecting and uploading module is made up of an acceleration sensor,a displacement sensor,dsPIC30 F,ZigBee module and solar cell panels.In order to get the whole indicator diagram,the master control core is supposed to use the sampling signals to calculate the frequency,and use digital filtering to smooth signals,then use double integral to get displacement.The indicator diagram data's automatic and continuous acquisition is implemented by this module.The pumping unit's remote monitoring software was developed based on C# language.By using this software,the real-time monitoring of pumping units' working parameters,the remote start-stop and frequency conversion control of pumping unit and the indicator diagram curve online plotting function were provided for managers in oilfield.Working parameters can be saved automatically,and the report can be printed in this software.The experimental results indicate that this centralized-distributed remote monitoring system can work stably and its anti-jamming performance is perfect,the calculation accuracy of indicator diagram data is high,and the communication between PC and slave devices is realtime and reliable,it is effectively proved that this system in oilfield is feasibility.
