Oil sucking is one of the most important part in present oil production, working condition of the oil sucking machine has an effect on the oil output of the oilfield, analysis of indicator diagram is a basic method for judging the working condition of the oil sucking machine.; the existing indicator diagram collecting method has many disadvantages, such as frequent damage of the sensors and frequent halt of the machines; the conventional methods for judging the working condition of oil wells, such as human inspection, will not meet the need of automatic plant supervision of the oilfield. The real-time and remote monitoring for the working condition of oil wells and the improvement of the measuring method based on indicator diagram has become an important subject in the field of production automation.In aspect of indicator diagram collecting method, in allusion to disadvantages in existingmeasuring method, this paper makes detailed analysis of computational methods on a basis ofanalysis of mechanical features of oil sucking machine and running characteristic of startingdynamo, and puts forward a method which can realize indirect measurement of the indicatordiagram of the oil sucking machine through combining rotate speed method and mechanicalfeatures curve of oil sucking machine, and prolong working life of instruments and reduceloss of frequent machine halt caused by conventional method when examining payload sensor.There are large numbers of oil well terminal equipments distribute in the wide andgeographical environment-intricate oilfield. Taking one consideration with another, includingadvancement, practicability and economy, this paper puts forward indicator diagram remotemonitoring system based on GPRS network transmission, overcoming the conventionalproblems with wire communication mode, such as difficulty in building network and largeexpenditure. Log center connects to the GPRS network of Mobile Corporation through aprivate line, after obtaining the special APN, Log center allocates static IP of APN privatenetwork for all the monitoring points and centers, this design proposal has an advantage inreal-time performance, security, and stability comparing with conventional transmissionmode.This paper designs the hardware of remote measuring terminal and writes the programs, in order to realize indirect measurement and transmission mode put forward in this paper. In the end of this paper, some problems and the solutions of remote measuring terminal in the working process are put forward.
