With the continuous development of the global economy,the world consumption of crude oil is rising.In this international context,the potential of resource reserves is huge,so the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas fields which have good prospects are paid more and more attention by various countries.The abundant marine oil and gas resources in our country have a good development prospect.Offshore oil platform is the main device of offshore oil exploitation,the optimal control of injection production system has important significance for improving oil production,energy saving and emission reduction,and the overall exploitation of offshore oil.In view of the complexity of control,nonlinearity and model uncertainty of offshore platform,the control system of offshore oil production platform based on fuzzy control technology is established in this paper.Experiments were carried out on the injection-production simulation system of offshore oil platform,experiments show that the system is stable and reliable,and can improve the control performance and production efficiency,reduce energy consumption.(1)Automatic control system on the injection-production dynamic simulation system of offshore oil platform and ESP is built.The OPC connection and DDE connection between Kingview and Matlab is designed.According to the process of the injection-production simulation system of offshore oil platform,we can achieve the basic control functions.It will be provide a sound theoretical basis for later study.(2)The fuzzy control methods based on the injection-production simulation system of offshore oil platform and ESP is designed.The exact value of the input variables is fuzzy,and fuzzy inference is based on the fuzzy rules,then we make the output clarity.Finally,the optimization of system efficiency is completed.And the scheme is verified on ESP and offshore oil platform.(3)The fuzzy PID control methods is designed based on the injection-production simulation system of offshore oil platform and ESP.Fuzzy control is used to adjust and optimize the parameters of PID controller,and then the dynamic PID controller is used to control the efficiency.The experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control has better control ability.(4)Fuzzy controller with adjustment scaling factor is designed,which can adjust the scale factor in real time according to the error change.Based on the original fuzzy controller,when the scale factor is unsuitable,the system is relatively easy to shake,so we design fuzzy controller with adjustment scaling factor.The experimental results show that this controller has better control experiment.(5)Fuzzy controller with adjustment factor is designed,which can adjust the fuzzy rules in real time according to the error change.In general,the fuzzy optimal control does not require accurate mathematical model,and has the characteristics of small adjusting time and high precision.In this paper,we designed three kinds of advanced controller: Fuzzy control,Fuzzy PID controller and Fuzzy controller with adjustment scaling factor.We apply it on the injection-production dynamic simulation system of offshore oil platform and ESP,which can provide some reference value for research on improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption of the offshore oil platform.
