The plant growth regulator has always been the hot topic in the agricultural.The characteristics of promoting seed germination,promoting stem and leaf growth,preserving flower and fruit,disease resistance and stress resistance play an important role for developing the agricultural.But now,applied to crops,plant growth regulator has large limitations,therefore,developing new plant growth regulator and combining it with fertilizer is a good choice of developing agricultural.In this article,based on the research from our subject group over the past few years,four carbonate compounds and four naphthalimide compounds have been designed and synthesized through the active sub-structure stitching principle.This structures were confirmed by GC-MS or 1H NMR.The structures of this compounds are as follows:Preparing carbonate compounds to hydrochloride,citrate and oxalate,these compounds were used to germination and rooting experiment indoor,wheat weed(monocot)mung bean(dicotyledonous)were selected as the test material,these compounds were also used to cucumber cotyledons rooting experiment.Through the data of germination rate,germination promotion rate,and stem/root promotion effect,12 compounds with higher activity were selected out,and determined their optimal concentration.Mixed the compounds with fertilizers,experimented large field experiments with 5 crops of wheat,soybeans,yams,apples and grapes,by comparing the date of appearance,quality and yield,it showed that the compands had a good effect on improving crop quality and increasing crop yield.
