With the process of urbanization in China,there is a serious shortage of wood as one of the basic materials.It is imperative to seek an excellent materials to replace wood.Wood-plastic composite material is a composite of wood fiber and thermoplastic resin.It has more excellent performance than wood.Moreover,wood-plastic material can use recycled plastic and waste straw as raw materials,which plays an important role in resource conservation and environmental protection,supporting by strong policy.However,the traditional wood-plastic products are mainly made of profiles,which cannot meet the individualized needs of the people and greatly limit the application fields of wood-plastic materials.In order to solve the above problems,this subject innovative combined the one-step wood-plastic extrusion molding method with the fused deposition manufacturing technology to realize the 3D molding of wood-plastic products,solved the disadvantages of the single raw material for wood-plastic products,and expanded the fused deposition.The range expand for forming raw materials will make 3D molding have more market space.This article combined with theoretical simulation and experiment to explore the effect of different process parameters on the 3D molding extrusion temperature field in the wood-plastic molding process of the melting method.The specific research content includes the following aspects:(1)A theoretical study of the wood-plastic extrusion process of the deposition method was conducted.The heat transfer method and thermal boundary conditions in the extrusion process were analyzed.The effects of the forming temperature field on the quality of the wood-plastic products were explored.(2)According to the principle of wood-plastic extrusion of the deposition method,the structure and temperature control system of the extrusion device weredesigned,and a prototype was made.(3)Based on FLUENT software,heat transfer simulation of material inside the barrel was carried out.Based on the simulation results,the effects of factors such as wall temperature,screw speed,and material initial temperature on the temperature field were analyzed.(4)Based on FLUENT software,the flow process of the material inside the nozzle under different conditions was simulated.The influences of inlet temperature,forming environment convection heat transfer coefficient,nozzle heating temperature and inlet flow rate were analyzed.(5)The results of simulation analysis were test validated by the self-made wood-plastic extrusion molding equipment,and more consistent results were obtained.This proved the feasibility of the wood-plastic extrusion molding method of the deposition method and laid the foundation for subsequent research and application of 3D extrusion molding.
