The towering chemical towers will be affected by wind loads during the work process.Under the action of wind loads,towering chemical towers often produce severe vibrations,which reduces the service life of chemical towers and poses a threat to normal production activities.The new smart material shape memory alloy(SMA)is widely used in vibration control of structures due to its super elasticity and shape memory effect.As a new SMA material,magnetically controlled shape memory alloy(MSMA)has magnetic shape memory effect.Using this principle,MSMA can be applied to the active vibration control of the towering chemical tower.This paper first selects the MSMA constitutive model,and then uses MATLAB programming to simulate the mechanical properties of MSMA in the magnetic field,which lays a foundation for the application of MSMA in the active vibration control of the towering chemical tower.Secondly,the active control system of MSMA was designed,including the design of the system structure,and the devices and materials used in the system were selected.Mathematical modeling of the active control system,design of the installation method of the active control system,and installation of the system on the towering chemical tower,using the PID controller control method,using SIMULINK to simulate the application of sinusoidal concentration at the top of the towering chemical tower Force,damped oscillation load,and dynamic response of the tower top when a pulsating wind load is applied to a tall chemical tower,the results show that under the control of the PID controller,the active control system of the MSMA can effectively suppress the vibration of the towering chemical tower.Finally,a fuzzy controller and fuzzy PID compound controller are designed and installed in the active control system of MSMA.The vibration of the tall chemical tower with MSMA active control system under fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control is simulated through SIMULINK.Response,and compared with PID control.The research shows that the control effect of PID controller,fuzzy controller and fuzzy PID compound controller on the active control system of MSMA is different.The fuzzy PID compound controller has the best control effect and the fuzzy controller has the worst control effect.
