Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is welcomed by people friendly as a new type of environmentally energy source,and its proportion of energy consumption in various countries is increasing.In recent years,the construction of China's LNG receiving stations has been developing rapidly.Since China's first Guangdong Dapeng LNG receiving station was completed in 2006,twelve LNG receiving stations have been put into operation in China.Because LNG has the dual characteristics of flammability,explosion and low temperature risk,the operation and management system of LNG receiving stations is complicated,and the operating process of each operating condition tends to be high-intensity and specialized.Once mis-operation occurs,the consequences are serious.In reality,the LNG receiving station rehearsing security incidents is more dangerous and costly,and the adoption of on-site training for new employees is subject to various restrictions,at the same time,for many colleges and universities,it will take a long time and is dangerous to organize student training,resulting the training resources for oil and gas storage students in colleges and universities are in short supply in our country.Therefore,developing a virtual simulation system for LNG receiving stations that can closely integrate with industrial sites has become an effective way to improve the training efficiency of employees in the station and improve the experimental teaching in universities.This paper takes a large-scale LNG receiving station as the target.Firstly,by researching and analyzing the on-site SCADA system,the main functional modules of the simulation training system and the sandbox model are determined.The software mainly includes the LNG receiving station operation training system and LNG receiving station operation assessment system.Then we used Force Control 6.0 as the development platform,and took VB as the development language.After the creation of the configuration interface,the definition of I/O equipment,and the establishment and connection of real-time database,the LNG receiving station operation simulation training system was developed.At the same time,the mathematical modelling of the pipeline temperature,flow rate changes over time,temperature,pressure,liquid level changes with time in the storage tank,changes in the pressure and flow rate of the BOG compressor,and the relationship between the high pressure pump pressure and the flow rate were built.Finally,a relational database SQL Server2008 is used to establish an assessment training system.Students can perform in the assessment system according to the operation of the training system.The system will keep track of the process flow and operating procedures of the trainees in the database.This virtual simulation training system integrates the training system and the assessment system.Combining the actual production with the virtual simulation technology,the students can quickly grasp the operation of the LNG receiving station and provide safe and reliable teaching and internship places for the university students and the station staff,greatly improved training efficiency.
