The water-based ink has the advantages of low cost,less environmental pollution and water-soluble acrylic resin as the connecting material relative to other resins.However,considering that the acrylic resin has the problems of poor UV resistance and poor water resistance,that is,the acrylic resin as the starting point,the nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite particles were modified and the synthesis process was optimized to obtain the acrylic resin with good UV resistance and water resistance.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1.With PVP,4VP as structure guide agent,TEOS is a precursor of nano-SiO2,to prepare nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite particles.The SEM results showed that the composite particles produced by#2 had the best effect.The optimal preparation conditions were:PVP 2g,4VP 2m1?PVP/4VP concentration 0.25%?,titanium to silicon ratio 1:2 and ammonia dosage 5ml.The results of XRD showed that the crystal structure of Ti02 was not changed before and after coated with nano-Si02.Compared with FT-IR and XPS spectra,it was found that Ti-O-Si bond was present in the nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite particles and Ti-O-Si the existence of the form of TiO2 crystals,indicating that the coating of Si02 on the surface of Ti02 successfully.Carbonyl can combine with-Si-OH to form hydrogen bond to achieve the guide assembly.The-OH on the TiO2 surface can react with Si-OH and Si-OR groups adsorbed on the surface to form Ti-O-Si bond;2.The surface of the prepared nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite particles was modified with 2%KH-570 and NDZ-101 with mass fraction of 3%as surface modifier.The results showed that the lipophilicity of 2#group was the best,which showed that the preparation of nano-TiO2/SiO2 was related to the lipophilic modification.The SEM showed that the surface of nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite particles were coated with organic layer In the FT-IR image,the peak of-CH3 and-CH2-bending vibration appeared at 1490cm-1 and 1440cm-1,and the characteristic peak of C=O appeared at 1720cm-1.The peak of 1380cm-1 to find the corresponding titanate C=O absorption peak.The results showed that KH-570 and NDZ-101 were grafted onto the surface of nanoparticles by bonding.The TGA curve decreased sharply at about 350? and the weight loss decreased from about 85%to about 75%,indicating that the coupling agent successfully modified the nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite particles.The mechanism is that the coupling agent can react with the inorganic surface-OH to achieve the purpose of chemical coupling.3.Through the synthesis of acrylic resin,the modified nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite particles were blended into the acrylic resin to prepare TiO2/SiO2-acrylic resin with different concentration of nano-TiO2/SiO2,and their appearance and viscosity were tested,Adhesion testing,UV resistance characterization and water resistance testing and characterization.UV absorption spectrum analysis:After adding nano-TiO2/SiO2,it has a high absorption in the UVB band and a relatively high UV absorbance in the UVA band,absorbing the UVA band and greatly increasing the UV absorption capacity.The amount of nano-TiO2/SiO2 composite particles increased from 1%to 10%.The fully shielded UV wavelength of nano-TiO2/SiO2-acrylic shifted from 310nm to about 350nm,while the transparency was still above 90%.Therefore,10%by mass of nano-composite particles is the best.
