In recent years, in the nano-modified anticorrosion coatings to carry out a large number of applications for basic research, and has made some progress at home and abroad. Through to the metal surface, nanoparticles functional groups of analysis, to further clarify the factors that affect various aspects of performance of the coating. This essay mainly discusses the study on modified silica nanoparticles for acrylic polyurethane coating the study on nano-SiO2modified organic anticorrosive coating for corroded transmission towers. For the strong activity of nano-SiO2, the conglobation will happen easily. In order to improve the dispersion of nano silica, the surface modification of nano silica was modified by silane coupling agent KH-570, BYK-163dispersant and titanate coupling agent. Through the sedimentation rate, FTIR and SEM characterization evaluation method, the structure of the product and performance are analysed. The experimental results indicate that the performance of the KH-570is the best. In order to get the optimum composition of the Nano-SiO2modified organic coating, the influence of main factors on the properties of the modified coating is studied with orthogonal design experiment and the best proportion among main materials is obtained. The Both the mechanical property and the ability to resist chemical reagent of modified Acrylic polyurethane coatings finish are improved as to meet the national standard.
