The classification of the stability of the surrounding rock is an effective method for the study of the stability of the surrounding rock.It can make a general prediction and evaluation of the stability of the surrounding rock under the limited data,and provide scientific guidance for the layout,excavation and support of the coal roadway.The classification index system and classification method of surrounding rock stability of coal roadway are the two core contents of stability classification of coal roadway surrounding rock.However,the existing classification of surrounding rock stability of coal roadway is still defective,which is summarized as insufficient research on the theory and method of the classification index system of surrounding rock stability of coal roadway and the comparison and analysis of the classification methods of the stability of the roadway surrounding rock.The following three aspects are carried out in this paper:(1)according to the construction principle of the classification index system of the stability of the coal roadway surrounding rock,a new method based on the initial optimization of the classification index system of the stability of the surrounding rock of coal roadway and the method of clustering,principal component and regression analysis are proposed.On the basis of summarizing the research results of the surrounding rock stability of coal roadway and collecting the data collected from 41 typical laneways distributed throughout the national mining area,this paper uses the proposed ideas and methods to construct the classification index system of the stability of the surrounding rock of coal roadway,and finally screens out 9 important indexes affecting the stability of the peri rock in coal lanes,the top of which are the top.Plate strength,coal seam strength,direct bottom strength,burial depth,rock integrity,water inflow,Xiang Kuan,top mining ratio and coal pillar width.According to the rationality test of index screening,it can be found that the selection method of clustering,principal component and regression analysis is feasible,not only greatly simplifies the initial index system,but also sifting the repetition and secondary information,and avoiding the lack of important information of the index system.(2)to determine the weight of the newly established stability index of the surrounding rock of coal roadway,the subjective weighting method chooses the analytic hierarchy process and the objective weighting method to select the regression analysis method,and determines the index weight of the newly established index system with the help of the collected sample data.(3)The basic principles of 4 commonly used classification methods such as fuzzy cluster analysis,grey relational analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and neural network method are analyzed,and their applicability under different classification conditions and targets are compared,and the new classification index system for surrounding rock stability of coal roadway is combined with the 4 comprehensive classification methods respectively.The stability of surrounding rock of I031001 roadway in upper Yu Yu coal mine is classified.4 classification methods can be divided into classification objects.The difference is that grey relational analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are relatively simple,but need prior knowledge.Fuzzy clustering analysis and BP neural network do not need prior knowledge,but only rely on sample data,but the calculation is complex and the sample data are High quality and quantity are required.Comparing the results of acoustic wave method and peep,it can be seen that the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is the most accurate,fuzzy clustering analysis and BP neural network analysis are sure to be determined,and the results obtained by grey correlation analysis are relatively poor.The research results of this paper have a certain scientific significance for improving the classification model of the stability of the surrounding rock of coal roadway,and can provide a method for the optimization and development of the following index system.The application results can provide theoretical basis and suggestions for the support design of coal roadway under the current industrial background.
