With the "Made in China 2025" plan proposed,adhering to innovation driven,quality first,green development,structural optimization,talent oriented" has become the basic policy of China's industrialization.In order to promote our country's goal of making a strategic power of production and manufacture,intelligent and unmanned have become the ultimate goal of industrial innovation design.Coal mine resource is the most important basic energy sources in China and even in the world,with the largest reserves,the most widely distributed and the most important strategic position,how to achieve safely and effectively mining is an important task at this stage.Tunnel directional drilling as extraction gas equipment develops rapidly,the domestic research institutes makes technical improvement on the basis of introducing foreign drill,and makes it adapt to the local production.The present,Tunnel drilling rig exists the phenomenon that connection pipe needs manual operation,drilling a kilometer needs at least one thousand drill pipes,which is a high labor intensity,and the risk is higher.many tunnel drillings adopt the static connection method to connect the next drill pipe,which causes drilling tool is frequent start-stop,and causes easily hole damage,collapse,lock drilling tool and even leads to the loss of drill fracture,efficiency is low in the mine.Non-stop drilling process as a primary design goals of intelligent drill,by analyzing the existing mature design scheme of a drilling rig,discuss its advantages and disadvantages,finally summarizes successful experience of drilling rig,this paper puts forward a kind of automatic device in place of drill pipe,including former and rear the power plant,feed device,auxiliary clamping device etc.Its innovation point is rely on the close cooperation between former and rear power heads,feeding devices,and manipulator,and auxiliary work clamping device to complete uninterrupted continuous loading and disassemble the function of drill pipe,so that realizes non-stop drilling process.Its meaning is to reduce manual operation to drill,drill pipe,drilling damage and personal injury,and ensure the safety of mine.At the same time keeping cutting movement can discharge the coal outside the hole,empty storage room for coal,reduce frictional resistance when drilling,and avoid artificially high start torque to stop drilling,all of the above can reduce energy consumption.In this paper,the contents and results of study are as follows:Firstly,because of the different working principle of the former and rear power heads in the actually working conditions,the rear power head needs to drill into the coal seam and discharge the coal,while the former power head only needs to discharge the coal and reduce the power compared with the former.Therefore,two different power head forms are designed differently,and the power is calculated respectively.Secondly,Chuck can transfer the power to the drill from the hydraulic motor,so chuck's design is the key,the author designs two different forms chuck?hydraulic chuck and mechanical chuck,mechanical chuck ameliorate on the traditional three jaw chuck,and can achieve the rotation and clamping loosening process.The clamping force of the mechanical chuck and the hydraulic chuck is calculated respectively.The results shows that the greater the friction coefficient of the mechanical chuck is,the smaller the clamping force is.Reducing the friction coefficient can increase the dynamic clamping force in the working process for the mechanical chuck.Thirdly,In this paper,the author analyzes the strength of the whole design model through ABAQUS.The results show that the stress on the external structure of the whole device is located at the base.Simulation of the new type mechanical chuck structure and accessory gear,results shows that the maximum stress of gear is located in lateral root,the maximum stress in the small gear is located in the keyway,the safety coefficient of above structures are high,shows the device on the strength to meets the basic drilling work demand.The present,Tunnel drilling rig exists the phenomenon that connection pipe needs manual operation process,drilling kilometers needs at least one thousand drill pipe,which makes the high labor intensity,and the risk is higher,a lot of tunnel drilling makes the static drill pipe connection method to connect the next drill pipe in the drilling process,which causes drilling tool is frequent start-stop,and causes easily hole damage,collapse,lock drilling tools and even leads to the loss of drill fracture,down hole work efficiency is low.
