Belt conveyor is the indispensable transportation equipment in the modern coal mine.Under the rapid development of national economy and important condition of safety production,new requirements are put forward for belt conveyor: large power,large capacity,long distance,high efficiency and low rate of accident.Belt conveyor frame is the foundation of the belt conveyor with a variety of devices installed,such as transmission roller,conveyor belt,roller group.The strength of frame have a negligible effect on the normal operation and safety in production.The traditional method and experience design have been used for a long time,and the rationality of the design methods should be given consideration.There are some drawbacks in design of belt conveyor frame manufacturing,analysis and calculation.The main problems are as follows: the design process by manual calculation,low design efficiency and repeated design;The establishment of three-dimensional model is complicated,and trouble in the subsequent modification;It is difficult to verify the strength or complex to commit the process of finite element strength.In view of the above drawbacks,the modern design theory and method is applied to the design and development process of the frame,based on the frame of the large power belt conveyor designed by a domestic enterprise.Visual Studio 2012 was used as software platform,and Secondary development of NX and ANSYS were realized.Parametric design system of high-power belt conveyor frame was built to solve the problems related to the design and development of the high-power conveyor frame.The main works of this paper are as follows: the aided design and calculation of the high-power belt conveyor and the stress analysis of the frame are carried out,and it is integrated into the computer application program to finish theoretical calculation and analysis subsystem of the frame,and provide users with a simple and convenient interface to meet users' need for design calculation and so on.Parametric modeling subsystem of the high-large belt conveyor frame is established,and parametric design of side frame and key components are carried out.Side frame and components can be quickly and accurately modified and rebuilt by changing the corresponding size parameters.The user can quickly complete the creation of the model of side frame and parts,without the need of interactive modeling in the three dimensional software.Parametric strength analysis subsystem of the frame is established,and the process of analysis and data was integrated to parameterize the analysis process,which reduce the engineering application threshold of frame related to structural strength analysis using finite element,so that users can complete the analysis process by inputting the key parameters from the interface.Help documentation of friendly interface is established to assist personnel of design and engineering to quickly grasp the use of system,and to improve the efficiency of the design and development of the frame,meantime,reduce cost.The underlying interface on the basis of C# winform is established,and theoretical calculation and analysis subsystem of frame,parametric modeling subsystem of frame and parametric strength analysis subsystem of frame are rationally integrated to solve the problem of decentralization and lack of centrality.According to the development requirement,functional test,system performance test,installation test and user interface test are carried out to confirm the system meets the needs of users.Finally,a parametric design system of high-power belt conveyor frame is established,which integrates theoretical calculation and analysis,parametric modeling and parametric strength analysis.The enterprise and user can use the system to improve the design efficiency of the frame and shorten the development cycle,at the same time,improve the competition ability and technological innovation ability of the enterprise.What is more,it can promote the development of CAD/CAE technology,and provide a new idea of the integration of theoretical calculation,three dimensional modeling and finite element analysis for the development of other mechanical products.
