At present, with the enormous development of mechanization in the modern mine industry, the big dip telescopic belt conveyor with high-power, high belt speed is utilized more frequently, and the efficiency requirements of the conveyor is increasing.Along with the propulsion of fully mechanized mining face, the belt conveyor in the headentry also need to be shorten, thus, it involves the belt-rolling of the belt conveyer. The present method of belt-rolling is mostly using artificial operation way, this way is not only low efficiency, but also hiding unsafe factors. So in order to meet the transport demand, a belt-rolling device which have high efficiency and high security is needed.Based on analyzing working condition and main design parameters of belt-rolling device, the total scheme is designed. The principle of hydraulic system, the electrical control system, the synchronous principle of rolling-tensioning, speed monitor and adjustment system are introduced in more detail in this scheme. In addition, the belt force analysis under working and rolling are introduced.Three-dimensional modeling software SOLIDWORKS is utilized to build three-dimensional models in this scheme. And the key part of the belt device-hydraulic automatic belt-rolling device is analyzed by finite element simulation software ANSYS, on the basis of analyzing the simulation results, the weak parts of the structure can be optimized. In addition, in order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of this system, use the dynamics simulation software ADAMS to do the dynamic characteristics analysis of mechanical system model, and also make the mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation of this system.Besides, the belt-rolling device makes the industrial experiment in the job site. And the test result indicate that, the whole device is safe and reliable, also can fulfill the need of the modern mine.
