Research Of Roadway Roof Separation Prediction Technology Based On On-Line Monitoring System

In order to solve the difficult of safety management in the roof of the mining roadways,the existing monitoring methods are time consuming,laborious,and the deformation law of the roof is not enough.Based on the research and application of the roof safety monitoring technology,this paper analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings in the safety monitoring system,to determine the system development and research direction.In this paper,the key factors of roof separation are determined by studying the key factors of roof separation.The key factors are used to determine the direction of system development and research.Finally,according to the demand in software development process,confirmed the calculation of the critical value of the layer.Based on the research,this paper establishes a method to transform the original data into an analytic and predictable data type through the time series forecasting model.The model is analyzed and processed by the neural network.The algorithm is optimized by the legacy algorithm to reduce the model error and improve the calculation speed,finally through the inference engine to achieve data processing and analysis of the intelligent analysis of functional methods.Combined with the needs of Zhaozhuang No.2 coal mine,combined with the existing roof monitoring equipment to determine the main station to the main equipment for the roof of the data conversion and transmission,determine the fiber as the main transmission mode of the system,based on the roof safety monitoring system,develop the system of the intelligent early warning system owned the functions of information management,monitoring alarm,monitoring data processing,predict anticipation,etc.Through the analysis of the data recorded in the database,this paper analyzes the law of the roof separation,and puts forward the improvement view on the original monitoring scheme by comparing with the artificial survey data.Summary of field monitoring found that the separation usually occurs in the shallow part of the roof in the roadway,and the separation occurs when the measuring point is about 90 m away from the working surface.The final subsidence of the roof is about 120 mm.
