In this paper a medaka behavior based on online monitoring and early warning system research.Based on the analysis of the current domestic and international mainstream online monitoring and warning system,focuses on the research of domestic and foreign online biological monitoring system based on the behavior of the medaka,comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each system.The research on the system used by the main media-medaka domestication and breeding technology research;online monitoring and early warning system based on the behavior of medaka development,using the non-contact electrode method to capture the medaka behavior signal by preprocessing module,abnormal signal elimination module and feature extraction module converts behavior behavior signal capture as water pollution level is more intuitive the value of signal analysis in computer;on-line monitoring system based on a number of conventional monitoring and intelligent instrument integration,construct the comprehensive early warning platform based on medaka triggering mechanism,a number of physicochemical parameters of synchronous parallel monitoring.At present,the biological monitoring has not yet entered the water quality online daily management system in China,but the State Environmental Protection Department,China environmental monitoring station has put forward the concept of "comprehensive toxicity",as its special water and the Ministry of environmental protection in a future.The results of this study in the Hutuo River into the territory of Hebei section,ye River into the territory of Hebei section and Huangbizhuang reservoir section library demonstration application shows that the system is stable and reliable,accurate,timely and effective early warning response is sensitive,achieved a number of technological innovation,the current online monitoring equipment routine water quality were favorable supplement,effectively expanding the project indicators can achieve on-line monitoring,water quality early warning,the next step is set aside for water pollution disposal of the "advance",which will greatly improve the functions of the government sector rapid response to the city water supply safety emergencies,so as to reduce the harm of water pollution to society.
