Our country is a oil consumption big country,so every year to produce large amounts of waste lubricating oil,if mishandled,this not only to our country has had the enormous waste of resources,but also for people's health and ecological environment greatly.At present,the waste lubricating oil treatment technology,which is mainly used in traditional treatment,is being phased out,and its by-products cause secondary pollution,and it is difficult to deal with waste oil effectively.New processing technique and technology are the gradually development of our country and the promotion,treatment of waste lubricating oil is facing a new era stage in China,how to make these waste lubricating oil effectively dealt with is the focus of this thesis research.This paper preliminary demonstration in theory and experiment,on the basis of the L-CKC 220 # in waste load industrial gear oil were tested,is obtained by the experimental measured data,the increased viscosity of waste lubricating oil,moisture content and acid value were increased obviously,the physical and chemical indicators have reached standard of waste oil.Through study on mechanism of lubricating oil used,the paper make a heating viscosity,solvent extraction,vacuum dehydration,multilevel filter to remove large particles impurities,The secondary micron impurities and other combined processes of electrostatic adsorption are used to recycle the waste lubricating oil.Through the contrast experiment to select NMP solvent for extraction,the single factor experiment to choose the best process parameters for the agent than 2:1,refined oil temperature 60 ?,water content is 5%,20 min refining time,sedimentation time 12 h for the optimum solvent extraction.Through the force analysis of waste lubricating oil in the electric field,TC-7 high voltage electrostatic power source was selected as electrostatic generator,and polypropylene was selected as the best adsorption material.With moisture content and acid value for experimental basis,through the orthogonal experiment was adopted to select voltage is 10 k V,the processing time is 8 h,processing temperature of 30 ?,the flow velocity of 0.2 m/s the best processing conditions.After designing and selecting other processing equipment,processing and purchasing were carried out,and pilot test was carried out after installation and debugging of the whole set of equipment.The pollution level in the waste lubricating oil was reduced from NAS11 to NAS6 after the analysis of the test oil.The main pollutants in the waste lubricating oil,effectively reduce the acid value and moisture content decreased obviously,lubricating oil effectively improveperformance,recovery rate reached more than 72%,after processing of waste lubricating oil can reach the standard of the recycling again.Through the treatment effect and economic evaluation,the treatment effect of the set of devices is obviously,the economic benefit is remarkable,for the regeneration of waste lubricating oil recycling provides a good technical route,provides a theoretical basis for waste lubricating oil processing and the overall management framework.
