With the concept of Made in China 2025,Industry 4.0 and so on,the demand for automated and intelligent production modes in the manufacturing industry is growing.Building foam manufacturing companies are also looking for ways to introduce new technology concepts based on existing manufacturing,to achieve the transformation and upgrading of enterprise production management and technology.This paper takes the EPS(Expanded Polystyrene)workshop as the research object,takes the workshop demand as the guide,and completes the design of the EPS digital workshop.This paper mainly completes the following aspects of work.(1)Digital workshop demand analysis.This paper addresses the shortcomings of traditional workshops and identifies three major requirements for digital workshops:real-time production process scheduling,material distribution automation,and product information traceability.(2)Research on EPS production scheduling based on orders.First,according to the actual situation of workshop production,this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to complete the screening of production orders.Then the EPS production scheduling problem is analyzed,the scheduling model is completed,and the particle swarm genetic hybrid algorithm is chosen to solve the scheduling problem.Finally,simulation and verification were performed on the MATLAB platform.(3)Fault diagnosis of EPS production line.In response to the need for quick troubleshooting of equipment faults in the workshop,this paper uses a combination of fault tree analysis method and expert system to establish an EPS production line for fault tree,and qualitative and quantitative analysis of it.Combining the concept of fault tree minimum cut-set and related knowledge of expert system,the design and implementation of the knowledge base and inference engine for fault diagnosis system were completed.(4)Application of EPS digital workshop.Based on the EPS production flow,this paper designs the software and hardware structure of the EPS intelligent production line and the AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)control system.At the same time,it establishes the upper computer monitoring system and production scheduling management system to complete the monitoring and scheduling of the entire productionprocess.The digital workshop designed in this paper has been successfully applied in building foam manufacturing company and has brought tremendous economic.
