Under the guidance of the strategy “Made in China 2025”,China's manufacture industry will go to a new step.As the core material of heating electrical components,it plays an important role in China's manufacturing industry,when we consider increasing the production of the high resistance alloys,we should pay attention to the quality and performance of the high resistance alloys.accelerated life is an important indicator for the quality and performance of the high resistance alloys.In this thesis,we analyzed the shortcomings of the test equipment for testing the accelerated life to the high resistance alloys on the market,we use the new technology researched and developed the new equipment to solve the problem of automation in industrial control.When we studied the process of the test and under the different temperature the high resistance alloys have different internal organization structure,and after we confirmed the control objective,we need to finish the following work:(1)Analyses the test process of the accelerated life for the Gr20Ni80 high resistance alloys,and clear the requirements of the control system,to research the whole control system and the hardware of the system.(2)When we compared merits and demerits of the classical PID control system,we found when the classical PID control system is applied to the accelerated life for the Gr20Ni80 high resistance alloys test system,there are some shortcomings.So we researched the process of the accelerated life for the Gr20Ni80 high resistance alloys test,and we analyzed the test data,we designed the Fuzzy-PID control algorithm which fits our system's control system.Finally,we finished the accelerated life for the Gr20Ni80 high resistance alloys test system which is based on S7-1200 PLC.(3)According to the data acquisition requirements during the testing process,the actual current and voltage will be collected by analog channel of the Siemens S7-1200 PLC,and the actual temperature will be collected by infrared sensor,all of those analog date processing will be completed by analog channel of PLC.(4)We achieved the test can be observed and the process can be controlled,at the same time,the history of the test date can be saved and inquired by the database technology SQL Server 2008 and OPC communication protocol.(5)We analyzed the actual demand of this project,we designed the monitoring system with taking Win CC as the core.Thus,we finished the accelerated life for the Gr20Ni80 high resistance alloys test monitoring system,by this system we can realized the remote control function,the data real-time query and recording function are realized.
