Tower derrick is an important part of oil rig,and is a space truss structure.The finite element method is widely used in modern design method to analyze the derrick.When its static strength and dynamic characteristics check,it is usually necessary to revise and analyze the model repeatedly.In addition,tower derrick has many operating conditions,and there are many kinds of working conditions.The modeling and analysis of derrick are relatively large.In view of the above problems,this paper tower mast structure characteristics,combining the theory of parametric design,themethod of parametric design,the finite element parametric technology,ANSYS secondary development technology,VB programming technology,proposed the tower mast parametric design method of the basic ideas and solutions that improve the analysis and calculation of tower derrick parameterized,intelligent,seriation,strong scientific research value and practical significance.The basic process of parametric optimization of tower derrick is given.First of all,based on the affine space theory,on the basis of Top-Down of the parametric design method is put forward,and its application to the tower mast on the parametric design of inductive summed up the tower at the top of derrick skeleton parametric design,parts parameterized design in detail.Secondly,on the basis of ANSYS finite element method,using APDL parametric design language of tower mast,parametric modeling and parameterized analysis were completed tower mast structure node parameterization,cell parameters,the model parameters.Moreover,the parameterized strength analysis and parameteri zed dynamic analysis of tower derrick are realized.Thirdly,using the APDL parameterized design language,the parameterized modeling and parameterized analysis program of the tower mast are prepared,which shorten the modeling time and improve the efficie ncy of design and analysis.Finally,using VB to ANSYS secondary development,solve the VB program and ANSYS software friendly interface,complete the tower mast parametric design system development,provides the advanced technical support for designers.The simulation results of the model derrick strain are compared with the experimental results to verify the correctness of the parametric design system of the tower derrick.
