As one of the most important basic energy sources in China,coal plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy.The safety production of coal mine is related to the long-term sustainable development of China's economic construction.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the safe production of coal mine and ensure the sustainable,stable and healthy development of the coal industry.The safety factors of coal mine operation are related to people,equipment and management.In the condition of ensuring the safety management of people,the safety performance of mechanical equipment is particularly important.The mechanical equipment can be composed of power system,drive system and executive system.The stability of power system plays an important role in the safety of the whole operating environment.Because power systems often involve the control of electrical systems,and equipment is very sensitive to electricity in the underground works,it is an urgent problem to find a way of safety protection or to find an alternative way directly.In the past design of the hydraulic valve delay control system,there are circuit delay control system and mechanical delay control system.Theadvantage of the circuit delay control system is that it is sensitive to action,high precision and easy to operate,so it is widely used in real life.But when working in some strong magnetic fields,it often appears that the work is unstable or abnormal,and it is not available in the environment with explosion protection.Although mechanical delay can be used in the field of magnetic field,because of the inevitable mechanical wear and stress deformation in its work,the accuracy of mechanical delay can not reach the expected value.In view of this,a kind of pure hydraulic delay device is designed to control the hydraulic valve.Its characteristic is that the delay control of hydraulic valves can be realized without the control of electric signals,and the delay time can be adjusted.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the delay device,the design and research of its structure are carried out.First,the composition and working process of the delay loop are analyzed,and the function of the delay device in the loop is described.Then,the structure and working principle of the delay device are expounded in detail,and the delay time adjustment method and the feasibility in the specific operation are analyzed,and the best time adjustment method is determined.According to the adjustment time that the design needs to meet,some parts in the delay device are designed and checked,and the structure of the throttle piston of the delay device is designed.Finally,the failure problems that may occur in practical applications are analyzed.A simulation model is established to study the time delay effect of the delaydevice,and several factors that affect the delay time are studied respectively.
