Research On Schedule Management Of Safety And Danger Avoidance System Project In Longtan Mine

The object of this paper is the "six major systems" in Longtan mine,which is the construction project of the safety and safe haven system of Longtan mine.The construction background and facing situation are particularly important and urgent: the national comprehensive implementation requires the upgrading of the technical equipment of coal mine and non coal mine,and the construction of safety protection system is the national macro policy.In Sichuan,the construction of safety and risk protection system for coal mine has been started in an all-round way,and all mines which have not been built and not built according to the regulations have been shut down;the natural disasters in Longtan mine are particularly serious,and 28 deaths occurred in 2005 because of the pervious accident,and the safety barrier needs to be built urgently.The construction project of the safety and safe haven system of Longtan mine is a complex underground system project,which not only faces the urgent task,but also involves the serious geological disasters,the complex process and the special construction technology.Therefore,using the basic theory and method of project management to study the project,ensure the construction period of the project,improve the economic benefit of the project,implement the national policy as well as form the protection measures of the mine safety barrier,which has no delay and has important research significance.Based on the theory and method of project schedule management,this paper closely combines the construction project of the Longtan mine safety and safe haven system,and carries out the research of the project progress management and optimization.The main contents are as follows: the full text first is on the basis of combing the related theory of project progress management,and the construction progress management of the project is put forward.The existing problems and influencing factors;secondly,the analysis of the problems,the WBS decomposition and activity time estimation of the safe and safe haven system construction projects,using the network technology,Gantt chart and other progress control principles to compile the project schedule,find out the key path and key process of the project construction,and analyze the impact of the project.On the basis of the analysis of the problems,on the basis of the analysis of the problems,the logical relationship between the activities of the project is arranged and arranged on the basis of the analysis of the problems,and the new scientific and rational development of the project schedule is put forward.Optimization of the project time and the overall allocation of resources,two is to formulate progress control guarantee measures;finally,the summary of the problem,through the research and analysis,summary of the project research results,research deficiencies and prospects.Through the study of this paper,the construction project of the safety and safe haven system of Longtan mine is controlled,the total time limit is shortened from 332 days to 253 days.It has important reference significance for the construction of other projects in Longtan mine,and has exploratory guidance and reference value for the project progress management of China's coal mine engineering construction field.
