Our country is a high seismic country. Due to the frequent earthquakes the year,there are a variety of shortcomings in seismic design of all kinds of buildings andcaused a huge loss of people's lives and property. The earthquake simulation shakingtable is an important means to research the anti-seismic capability of buildings.However, its nonlinear characteristics and the uncertainty of the test condition willaffect the waveform reappearance. In order to better utilizing seismic simulationshaking table into the seismic research of structures, this paper carries on simulationresearch on the seismic simulation shaking table with Matlab/Simulink, which is basedon the seismic simulation shaking table of three axis six degrees of freedom in Xi'anUniversity of Architecture and Technology.This paper mainly studies the seismic simulation shaking table from two aspects ofhydraulic system and control system and analyses the actual operating mode and signaltransmission of the shaking table. According to the actual test data, it fitted andanalyzed the related parameters to established the shaking table simulation model meetsthe practical situations.First, based on the control the degree of freedom, the motional analysis was carriedon the shaking table. The paper solve the positive and negative analyzes of thekinematics for the shaking table by RPY transformation and zero linearization method,analyzes the relationship between degrees of freedom and the actual output signal of theshaking table, and completed the synthesis and decomposition process of degrees offreedom.Then, by the research of the principle of the shaking machinery and the transmission process of signal in hydraulic pressure system, the mathematical model ofthe hydraulic system of the shaking table was established. Moreover, in order to bettersimulate the operation of the shaking table, the mathematical model of the actuators ofthe shaking table was established. And through the experimental data, the parameters allparts of the actuator were fitted to conform to the real shaking response.Next, base on the control system of shaking table, the paper studies the threeparameters servo control and gives the basic formula of the parameters. Judging fromthe controllability and stability, the necessity of three parameters control wasdemonstrated.Finally, using the Simmechanics in Matlab/Simulink, the multibody mechanicalmodel of shaking table is established, it realizes the comprehensive analysis of thecontrol system, mechanical system and kinematic analysis, and find the controllableparameters of shaking table of Change rule to verify the reliability of system from theside.
