Tent structure is easy to be folded which is low requirement for site and easy totransport. It's good at suitability. So it has been widely application in engineering. Thetent structure is light and soft which works in a highly turbulent characteristics ofatmospheric boundary layer. Therefore, it is sensitive to wind load. Due to thecomplexity of tent structure, it's less of the study on the technology of measurement onfluctuating wind pressure of tent structure. however, there is no wind pressure sensorthat is able to solve the tent structure on the surface of fluctuating wind pressuremeasurement problem. Because of the lack of wild measurment data of the tentstructure, it is bound to affect the measurment of the tend structure of wind resistancedesign and test evaluation. So it has important engineering practical value to launchthis article related research work of the tent structure of fluctuating wind pressuresensors.At first?this paper has done the overall design, carried out the simulation analysison the sensor and the doped resistance design, determined the wind pressure sensor'ssensitive, chose the production material, chosen of general structure, the circuit layoutand doped resistance structure and location according to the tent structure underfluctuating wind pressure sensor of outdoor environment in the working environmentcharacteristics.Secondly, analyzed the production proccess of the key technology problems of thepressure sensor. We developed a sensitive film size is1000×1000×50?m of theminiature pressure sensor chip, and completed the first static test. Results show that thedevelopment of the micro pulsating wind pressure sensor measuring range is0~160pa,zero output is2.479mA, sensitivity is0.09375mV/V/Pa, hysteresis is0.338%FS, the reproducibility is0.1043%FS and the accuracy is0.407%FS.Finally, this paper established a pulsating wind pressure sensor performanceverification test system, and launched SFG7-4type axial flow fan air velocitydistribution in the measured work. Results show that with the increase of fan outlet withdistance, the wind section center location of wind speed first increased and thendecreased. The entire section wind speed wind changes tend to be gentle.Wind is thewind speed distribution curve by the abrupt change, coverage is more and more big, thewind of the diffusion effect more obvious.
