The sliding isolated technique is developed in recent decades as a new dampingcontrol technology suitable for china's national conditions.Due to low cost significantisolation effect repairation easily after an earthquake and its simplicity,this technologybecome a promising development direction in the base isolation field.Many domestic and international scholars carried on a great deal of research to thistechnology,but due to the datum of the study on this technology's application of Framestructure are few and the lack of a simple and feasible design method which make thetechnology limited in the practical engineering application.Based on the previous study,the following several sapects are taked work in this paper:Firstly,based on the coulomb friction model in this paper, the MDOF calculationmodel of of sliding isolation structure is set up.Through using Matlab/Simulinkanalysis the dynamic response of pure friction-sliding isolation system under seismicaction and comparing with the dynamic response of base-fixed structure, the isolationeffect of the sliding isolation structure is remarkable.Secondly, of six kinds of different types of limiter and friction device in parallel,the dynamic response of the structures are analyzed which are compared with the oneof pure friction-sliding isolation structure.On the basis,combining the energy analysismethod, the mechanism of the sliding base-isolated structure and the effect of frictioncoefficient limiter's yielding stiffness stiffness after yielding and stiffness ratio on thesturucture's energy distribution are analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis respectively of the dynamic response of equivalentSDOF rigid model and equivalent DDOF model of the sliding isolation system, the sliding displacement spectrum of isolation layer and the equivalent response spectrumof the upper structure are given. The theoretical basis is provided by the analysis ofcharacteristics and the influence factors of the sliding displacement spectrum theequivalent response spectrum for the design and application of sliding base-isolatedstructure.
