Precision air conditioning is applied to places with strict demands, which are frequently extremely strict demands of specific temperature, relatively humidity, light intensity, concentration of harmful gases of the environments for work, experiments and storage. Nowadays, with constant improvement of the accuracy that all kinds of presicion machinery processing products are required, as well as that scientific research experiments have gone deep into molecular physics and nanotechnology, requirements of the indoor environment have been improved constantly, no matter for the processing of the presicion products or laboratory for scientific experiments. The most important of the requirements is constant temperature. According to the requirements of experimental environments or precision of detection, machinery accuracy and products, there will be different requirements with certain strategy of thermal control.This essay is based on the research to realize a high precision processing grinder of a national "863Project" key project (2012AA041309) Donghua University declared. According to the design and manufacturing requirements of nano grinder, this essay conducts a numerical simulation analysis and analyzes some certain parts to optimize the processing, concerning the influence of the internal environment of the nano grinder based on that grinder processing requiresħ0.1?temperature control accuracy, besides the thermal stability and uniformity of the processing area. Apart from work above, this essay also designs a layout plan air conditioning system for the laboratory.This essay, based on Level6cleanliness nano grinder project of Donghua University, mainly carries out a research about disturbed flow characteristic, airflow organization of high precision constant temperature air conditioning system, influence of inverter operation of the high-speed motorized spindle and fluctuation of the supply air volume. It also concludes the operation strategy of the cooling water system of the high-speed motorized spindle, methods to control the thermal influence of envelopes as well as determining the utilized airflow organization plan and the range of the temperature and volume of supply air. This research isaimed to broaden the application and research of high precision constant temperature airconditioning system to make sure the required environment temperature and accuracy for thehigh precision processing. It also provides some basic reference for the design of high precisionconstant temperature air conditioning system to help with our national development of constanttemperature machinery processing.
