Autoclaved aerated lightweight concrete is a new type of wall materials.Due to its lightweight,fire prevention,easy construction,economy,etc,much attention has been paid to it.But when it is applied asexternal walls,the features of multihole,fast water absorption has a greater influence on the application of nonbearing ALC slab,because ofthe lack of system research on it.So it is necessary to take in-depth and systematic research on ‘the impact of moisture content on the properties of nonbearing ALC slab '.Through the research of ALC block mechanical properties,ALC board heat preservation performanceon different moisture content conditions,this paper studiesthe structure performance,heat preservation performance of the non load-bearing ALC slab,and thenestablishes ANSYS14.0 analysis model,thermal analysis model based on the above research,determines the reasonable thickness based on the coalition of the structure performance,heat preservation performance,and provides a reference for the use of nonbearing ALC slab.In this paper,the research work mainly includes the following aspects:Illustrates the research background and the selected topic significance of this paper;expounds present situationof the research and use of nonbearing ALC slab,and points out the main present problems existing in the application and research.Studies the mechanical basic performance(compressive strength test,splitting tensile strength,compression of static modulus of elasticity)and thermal insulation performance(thermal conductivity,thermal resistance)of the material of the nonbearing ALC external walls under different moisture content,and analyses the influence of moisture content of the mechanics basic performance and the heat preservation performance.Studiesstructure performance and heat preservation performanceof the nonbearing ALC external walls under different moisture content based on the basic performance research of theALC material,andanalyses the structure performance of the different thickness by using ANSYS14.0.Determines reasonable thickness of the nonbearing ALC external wallsthrough the test results of structure performance,heat preservation performance and the FEM results.
