Light sand autoclaved aerated concrete products is a kind of new wall materials with many advantages, such as lightweight, high strength, energy saving and environmental protection.It is the backbone of the building energy conservation and reform of wall materials in China, it has a history of nearly50years in our country but it has not been applied in Shan Xi province. With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous expansion of city, xi’an will become international metropolis, planning and construction of housing construction scale increases year by year. Aerated concrete block and plate become main wall material of modern high-rise building, the market demand for this product is increasing year by year. There is no production sand aerated concrete block and plate in Shan Xi province,In order to Construction of industrialization and application this products, need to research the performance of their products and components, and to provide The theoretical basis and technical support for engineering design and construction people.The performance of lightweight sand autoclaved aerated concrete was studied in this article, Discussion and analysis the wall appearance design, Plate seam dispose and Wall decoration method,determined a series of wall sizes,Plate seam dispose and Wall decoration method by combining with practical experience and market research,and computation method is proposed to calculate different thickness wall thermal index as a reference design; Using theoretical analysis method discussed and analyzed the calculation method of load bearing capacity of wall panel and wall frame calculation method, and calculated wall panel’s largest size when the wind load is disadvantageous and the section size of Supporting member and Angle steel, T steel,can provide reliable reference data to engineering designers;Researched the connection joint which commonly used in engineering and analyses the force performance, failure pattern and the influence factors of the bearing capacity of node to provide some useful Suggestions to engineering design and construction personnel, and designed several new connections joint for engineering design and construction personnel reference.
