Cracking problem of autoclaved aerated concrete block in engineering application restricts its application in engineering and popularization of core technology.In this thesis,autoclaved ceramsite aerated concrete is prepared by mixing ceramsite into autoclaved aerated concrete to solve the problems of low compressive strength,dry apparent density,dry shrinkage,large thermal conductivity and formation of pore structure of autoclaved aerated concrete problem.This project is based on the autoclaved aerated concrete into the aggregate,through the optimization of raw material mix design,pulping process,curing process optimization design,research different materials dosage on autoclaved aerated concrete performance,pre Raising stage of temperature and humidity adjustment of the block gas and the autoclaved curing section of the process parameters of the adjustment of block strength;using Matlab image analysis software for binary image processing,the use of IPP software for image data In this paper,macroscopic pore structure of autoclaved aerated concrete of Ceramsite is more accurately measured and characterized by pore information,such as pore size distribution and average pore size.The results show that the content of ceramsite and cement content are the main factors that affect the strength of autoclaved aerated concrete.Ceramisite content and water to material ratio are the main factors affecting the thermal insulation properties and the volume stability.The best mix proportion of autoclaved aerated concrete is as follows:water to material ratio 0.63,cement content 20%of calcium material,aluminum powder 0.60‰of dry material,ceramic content 20%Lime accounts for 80%of the calcium material.The system has the advantages of high strength(cubic compressive strength of 5.8 MPa),light weight(dry apparent density of 616 kg/m~3),high specific strength(9 MPa.cm~3/g),good thermal insulation performance(Thermal conductivity 0.153W/m.k),Small shrinkage(drying shrinkage 0.188mm/m)higher than the B06 grade autoclaved aerated concrete.The main feature of ceramsite autoclaved aerated concrete block is porosity.The classification of its pores directly affects the microstructure and properties of aerated concrete.This paper studies the influence of temperature and humidity on the pore structure of autoclaved aerated concrete block of ceramsite in static phase.The experimental results show that when the temperature is 70℃,the pore structure area and pore size When the humidity is 0%RH,the aluminum powder has a slower gas evolution rate and the pore structure of masonry obviously changes with the increase of humidity.The final test to determine the best humidity of 90%RH.The subject combines the advantages of aerated concrete and ceramsite concrete to prepare ceramic autoclaved aerated concrete with the advantages of small apparent density,good thermal insulation properties,energy saving and environmental protection ceramsite autoclaved aerated concrete,and the like New environmentally friendly building materials.Comprehensive utilization of power plant waste fly ash,to achieve economic efficiency and environmental protection combined with our country to go the road of sustainable development,will become China’s building energy-saving new type of environmentally friendly wall materials.
