Study On The Community Health Building In The Mode Of Home-based Care For The Aged In China

Under the background of a rapid development with the aging population in our country, we still faces many problems, such as the family size being increasingly miniaturized, reducing of the family endowment resources, support ability and so on. At present our country use a "9073" mode of pension, as 90% elderly in the family pension,1% elderly enjoy a community endowment,3% elderly live in old-age pension institutions. Development of home endowment service become a important way to solve the problem of pension in our country, and the health care services in community is an important content for the pension services, but at present the health institutions in community still exist many problems and deficiencies in our country. First of all, the content of service cannot meet the demand for the home health care of elderly pension. In addition, we alwaysuse the rental house after being remoulded and extended,so we still lack of the prophase planning, setting up function room streamline organization, barrier-free care. All these problems affect the service quality of health service institutions in community and the sense of trust for the elderly patients.The author summarizes the foreign advanced experience of elderly health care services, combined with the physical, psychological and behavioral characteristics, as well as disease characteristics of the elderly in our country, on the base of the discovery for the insufficient community health care services, position the pension mode of home service content of community health care center, we put forward the development idea of independent elderly health care center and its analyze the operation mode.On the premise of clearing about the content of the construction of community health care center function, this article analyzed community health care construction of scale, function, content, function partition, streamline organization,layout forms and the other elements, analyze the space design and the design principle of the humanized care for community health center. Through the analysis of "AWZH complete community health management center" design case, further verificate and expound the views and opinions which the author put forward.
