Global urbanization and rapid development has become one of the most always factors of global environmental change. Development and maintenance of the city's construction of the entire system to spend a lot of resources, mainly carbon dioxide emissions of greenhouse gases thus causing global warming in recent years. Reduce carbon emissions from the city, the construction of low-carbon city has become an important global-oriented urban development. In China, the university community is a special unit that appears in the process of urbanization. Because the campus has a relatively independent features, and other areas of the city unit has some compartmentalization. Today, construction of low-carbon campus has become an inevitable trend in the process of building a low-carbon low-carbon sustainable campus research and practice low-carbon city should play a role in the pilot's.In this paper, a low-carbon environment for papers starting point, starting from the campus of low-carbon environment, the ecological function of urban green space, urban carbon-oxygen equilibrium theory as the theoretical basis, through the implementation of monitoring carbon emissions, obtain preliminary data sources to analyze the university characteristic spatial and temporal distribution of carbon dioxide on campus to discuss the layout of the campus environment, green space and the interior space of the carbon impact on the environment of the law.
