In recent years, with the development of economy, the level of city in China has been rapid development. City construction continuously to the city fringe area expansion, city fringe area of fresh air, and inquire of sunlight and relatively low prices to the edge of the city scale has been an unprecedented development, influenced by the traditional thought of Chinese residential, residential district management mode for closed-end management.The edge of the city due to the lag of infrastructure, transportation system was not perfect, these large closed residential area has divided the traffic system of city proper. City traffic problem has become an important factor to affect our city development. City traffic microcirculation system as a subsystem of city traffic circulation system, the communication and coordination throughout the city area traffic function. The close relationship between the city residential area and the daily life of the residents of the city, is also the day traffic appears the starting and ending points, therefore, city live operation area traffic microcirculation system not only to the city traffic system operation is smooth with influence, but also influence residential area, residential area between the internal residents quality of life.First of all, this paper puts forward the definition of city traffic microcirculation based on the domestic and international city traffic circulation on the related theories, points out that city traffic microcirculation system not only road design, but the economic, culture, transportation, life of the whole region function integrated body.
