Vertical roller mill can generate all kinds of fineness requirements raw materials for engineering by using its proprietary technology advantages, and it has been widely considered as the most effective engineering equipment in grinding cement because it's sufficient flexibility and production adaptive ability, with the expending of cement production line scale, the vertical roller mill is also to large-size, energy-saving and environmental protection, At present, for domestic customers the need of high power vertical mill reducer inside Vertical roller mill mainly depends on foreign imports, the introduce equipments are not only expensive but also long in delivery cycle, seriously affect enterprise's production plan.In addition, manufacturing the high-powered vertical mill reducer gear transmission system is often limited by processing capacity of spiral bevel gear, and its volume and weight are large. Nowadays the foreign new structural type of roller mill reducer with torque double tap not only has small volume, light weight, large speed ratio, but also solve the problem of spiral bevel gear processing capacity limits. So, in order to meet the market demand and break the foreign monopoly of the equipment industry, this article uses the international advanced torque double tap structure to develop large reducer LMX110 for MLS4835 vertical roller mill, through deep analysis of mechanical characteristics for LMX110 reducer and optimize structure of its main components to improve the dynamic performance of gear reducer so as to meet the application requirements of vertical roller mill MLS4835. The LMX110 vertical mill reducer developed in this project is exactly equal to the foreign advanced torque double tap structure, technology reach the international advanced level, fill the domestic blank in this field of research, laid a foundation to realize the localization of the high-power vertical mill reducer and break its foreign monopoly situation. In this paper, author completes kinematics simulation of load-balancing system based on solidworks, then writes a set of program of finite element calculation to achieve the static and dynamic characteristics of system, finally, complete the optimization of load-balancing device to meet the application requirements of LMX110 vertical mill reducer.
