Vertical roller mill, or roller mill for short, used for cement raw, cement clinker and slag processing. Vertical roller mill requires that the transmission system structure and the assembly structure are compact the work is reliable. It has overload and impact in the machining process. Planetary gear reducer drive roller mill machine’s millstone rotating and grinding materials, is the key components of vertical roller mill. In this paper, vertical mill’s planetary gears reducer based on flexible pin load balancing mechanism are made deeply analysis.Usually planetary gears have double support form in the installation of planet frame. An load balancing method of flexible pin load balancing mechanism is researched in this paper. Flexible pin stretch out on the planet carrier, and make up double cantilever beam system with sleeve. Through the finite element software ANSYS, based on the APDL parametric design language, flexible pin institutions are systems model is set up. The principle of flexible pin load balancing mechanism and the flexible pin planetary gear strength results is researched. The author analysis the design method and factors that influence uniform loading effect of flexible pin load balancing mechanism. It provides the theoretical foundation for the study of the planetary gear’s load coefficient. The institution can achieve better load distribution between the planetary gears and increase the probability of gear meshing correctly, effectively reduce inequality.Starting from the principle of involute spur planetary gear, the modeling method of the planetary gear system with ANSYS APDL parametric design language is introduced in detail. To further establish the geometric model and hexahedral finite element of planetary gear system based on flexible pin load balancing mechanism. Finite element model of hexahedron units can greatly improve the precision and convergence speed of finite element model. Set up the contact pairs on the finite element model correctly and lay a foundation for optimization design of planetary gear reducer.To accurately analysis the strength of gear system, obtain the planetary gear tooth root bending strength. And comparing with classical mechanics calculation results, for further research the effect of flexible pin load balancing mechanism, to solve the uneven load coefficient of flexible pin planetary gear and the planetary gear modal analysis provide reliable basis.Solving the uneven load coefficient of planetary gear system based on flexible pin load balancing mechanism under machining error and assembling error. Solving the uneven load coefficient of planetary gear system based on sun gear floating and comparing the two results. For development of new products of gear reducer with flexible pin load balancing mechanism laid a solid foundation.To establish the finite element model of flexible pin load balancing mechanism and the finite element model of planetary gear, analysis its modal based on ANSYS modal method. Natural frequency and the corresponding vibration mode of flexible pin load balancing mechanism and planetary gear can be obtained. It is the basis of system dynamics analysis for planetary gear based on flexible pin load balancing mechanism.Set experimental scheme for the experiment of flexible pin load balancing mechanism deformation. Experimental specimens of flexible pin load balancing mechanism are designed and the experiment steps are set. To do the test simulation experiment of flexible pin uniform loading mechanism based on ANSYS, provides the basis for the experiment of flexible pin load balancing mechanism.
