Given the general concrete reinforcement material in the face of multiple disasters, such as earthquakes and fires occur simultaneously, will encounter less resistance to high temperatures and fire early strength weak, this paper strengthen the mechanical properties of high temperature performance reinforcement material and refractory material aspects from consideration Therefore the use of early strength cement-based composite and fiber reinforced composite material incorporated, it sets a good mechanical properties and excellent high-temperature performance in one fire, very suitable as structural reinforcement material under the multiple disasters.In this experiment, study complex cementitious materials facies adaptive materials and admixtures between established early strength cement-based materials quality control indicators. The key parameters of the constituent materials by its content, the ratio of water, sand rate on the influence of early strength cement-based mobility and mechanical properties, mastered the key parameters for preparing early strength cement based, and identified a set of effective mix.In addition to this study, also uses carbon fiber, polypropylene fiber composite using two fibers, considered the single fiber reinforced concrete, carbon fiber - fiber composite polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete, made with fiber reinforced concrete mix design, from mechanical properties (mortar compressive strength test block, flexural strength) and fire-resistant high temperature performance of both designs were tested.Composite fiber polypropylene fiber concrete to make the flow of the concrete mixture is reduced, but the situation can be improved largely shrinkage of concrete early, thereby increasing the flexural strength of concrete, but has little effect on the compressive strength, the reduce the brittleness of concrete to some extent, improved impact resistance and flexural properties; addition, because polypropylene fiber at high temperature of the concrete will have some internal voids, serves to prevent the high temperature inside the concrete volume expansion resulting from burst effect, which to some extent, improve the fire resistance of high temperature properties of concrete.Since the structure of the carbon element in the form of a very complicated structure in the form different high capacity carbon fiber which has high strength, high temperature performance, and has a very high tensile modulus. The incorporation of carbon fibers not only increases the tensile strength of the concrete, and exhibit good toughness, because the fiber is pulled, needs to absorb a lot of energy. In adding the right amount of concrete chopped carbon fiber, can improve the tensile strength of concrete, bending strength and impact resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve wear resistance, improved damping capacity of concrete. While the carbon fiber due to the good performance of its own temperature, reducing the strength loss after being subjected to high temperatures concrete.On plain paper are the properties of concrete and fiber reinforced concrete were specific experiments and data analysis, comparing the performance difference of plain concrete, single-fiber reinforced concrete and composite fiber reinforced concrete, reflecting the various aspects of the performance advantages of composite fiber reinforced concrete on the and from a variety of fiber reinforced cement-based mechanism of the performance aspects of various aspects of theoretical analysis to draw the following conclusions test:fire-resistant high-temperature properties of composite fiber reinforced concrete is much better than plain concrete; composite fibers for concrete played a very good enhancement effect, the overall performance is better than the composite fiber reinforced concrete single polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete.
