As China's reform and opening up, modernization construction of the gradual deepening of highway construction has achieved rapid development.Semi-rigid base plate with its good resistance, stiffness and stress diffusion capacity, and has a high compressive strength, high fatigue strength advantage, has become China's highway construction in the main asphalt road base forms.With a wide range of semi-rigid pavement applications, their problems are also increasingly prominent,as the contraction of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement cracking and consequent widespread reflective cracking,surface water can also enter through cracks in pavement base and other structural layer,and it is difficult timely discharge resulting in the road put into use shortly after the emergence of various diseases. In addition, due to its characteristics of semi-rigid base, the patch also has some difficulties.To solve these problems,some scholars have proposed laying down the asphalt surface graded gravel flexible base,to reduce road reflective cracking.But graded gravel flexible base strength is low,volatility,lower resistance to fatigue,and therefore it can not be solved reflective cracking of asphalt pavement effective way.Through the semi-rigid flexible base damage in the form as well as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,this paper proposes a range of semi-rigid and flexible base between the semi-flexible base material,that is,low doses of cement stabilized macadam base class materials.In order to study low dose of cement stabilized macadam base material graded road performance,this paper material strength and stiffness,resistance to shrinkage cracking performance, water stability set a large number of laboratory tests and the test data were systematically organized, analysis and Evaluation.Strength and stiffness of the material aspects, specifically set up seven days unconfined compressive strength test, resilient modulus test CBR test splitting tensile strength test shrinkage cracking resistance of the material terms of performance,the specific set shrinkage test, temperature shrinkage test stability in the material aspects of water,specifically set up seepage test, freeze-thaw test. Through the above test, the system for low-grade cement stabilized macadam base material can be studied road performance and evaluation of the technology in practical engineering applications to provide a scientific basis.To further investigate the low cement dosage Stabilized Macadam road performance to prove the technology in reducing damage to the superiority of asphalt pavement, in the Shen ring 2.5KM North line paved road test, and the test road pavement performance implementation of at least one-year testing, test content:pavement testing, pavement crack detection, surface deflection testing, and a large number of test data and analyzed to evaluate the low-grade cement stabilized macadam base material road performance.
