The construction of existing building around the shield tunnel is called the adjacent construction, shield tunnel construct which is inevitably adjacent to the existing building in the city. At the same time,because of the development and utilization of underground space will be more and more common, and it has the characteristics that the surrounding environment is complex, difficult construction, the construction process is complex,and so on, which add to the uncertainty of construction adjacent to existing buildings, bring the huge challenge to the smooth implementation of the adjacent construction. Therefore, It is necessary to analyze the risk factors of adjacent construction project, and to formulate the corresponding risk response measures, to avoid the potential risk factors affect the normal implementation of the aim of the project.In the risk analysis of project of adjacent construction factors, analysising of the mechanism of adjacent construction risk, building of a risk assessment system for the analysis of adjacent construction risk,as a basis for the risk analysis and evaluation on the adjacent construction project. In order to obtain the objective data, to be prepared for the next project risk analysis, in this paper, through the way of questionnaire survey to the related object.Based on the project risk evaluation index system of the built adjacent construction, through the selection of evaluation method, and considering the relationship between the factors of adjacent construction project, this paper uses the fuzzy analytic network process(FE- ANP) to evaluate the risk of adjacent construction project, establish the FE ANP structure of the network model, the use of triangular fuzzy number is an important linguistic scale to synthetize fuzzy judgment matrix. According to the network of analytic hierarchy process(ahp) super matrix calculation, to determine the weight vector of judgment matrix, and use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which to evaluate the decision-making thought. In view of the super matrix calculation is more complicated, in this paper, using SD software to the project in the super matrix computation analysis, in order to obtain the evaluation matrix of the unweighted super matrix, the weighted super matrix, the limit super matrix, etc. The ultimate limit super matrix obtained by the weight vector, reflecting the underlying elements to project the influence degree of the overall situation,thus the limit by relative sorting vectors to identify the underlying elements of the dominant role of the whole project key risk factors. By sorting out and analysing the data of questionnaire, by the single factor evaluation matrix. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the project structure model by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, by the evaluation results to determine the appropriate level of risk project, At the same time, it also won the formation conditions, proximity, design, construction, proximity safety control measures, personnel quality corresponding risk level and risk change trend.According to the identified key risk factors and comprehensive evaluation results, This paper puts forward some corresponding measures for risk response.
