Currently,underground storage grain is a new trend of grain storage.Underground storage has advantages,like keeping low temperature,saving energy and land.It can effectively delay grain quality aging and ensure the quality of grain and then to achieve achieve a long-term grain storage.In order to popularize the application of new underground grain storage in the whole country,including the coastal areas and the Yangtze river basin and other areas with higher groundwater level,it is particularly important to study the buoyancy and the corresponding anti floating measures.At present,the underground structure and the underground warehouse by buoyancy calculation method of no standard or theoretical system clearly can be a reference in practical engineering is more and more the soil frictional resistance of underground structures are ignored or as security in computational buoyancy of underground structure in accordance with the principle of Archimedes.Therefore,this article is based on the actual situal situation of the specific value of the buoyancy of underground storage to get a solution of the reduction between it and the calculation results of Archimedes principle is obtained,which helps to reduce the investment of underground storehouses anti floating cost and unnecessary investment in anti floating messures,and save construction cost.This article is mainly based on reality of the underground storage,and which used 1:62,1:50,1:42 three ratios to make models for indoor models testing.when the study of underground warehouses in the backfill is lime soil under the condition of the actual buoyancy and according to the Archimedes principle calculation mathematical relationship between the buoyancy,the dust in underground warehouse by buoyancy reduction coefficient,the research contents of this paper are mainly in the following aspects:The main reserch resules for this article are:1.to collect different experts' research results of the underground structure of the reduction of ground water buoyancy;2.according to the actual warehouse situation,scaling models are designed to do the indoor model testing,finding the value of buoyancy reduction factor of underground bin when the backfill is lime soil.It is concluded that the comprehensive buoyancy reduction range of the model bucket is 82%-95% when the backfill is lime soil;and concluded that when the backfill part of the model cone bottom is lime soil and sandy soil,the viscous force of the cone bottom is basically the same,and to get buoyancy formula and the calculation formula of buoyancy design value.3.a pressure sensor is installed on the model barrel of the indoor model test.Explore the relationship between the pressure and buoyancy changes in the bucket section of underground warehouse model,the magnitude of soil friction is mainly determined by the underground warehouse model and the backfill soil.When the model bucket is near the floating point,the frictional resistance of the bucket increases as the lateral pressure increases,which delays the water level of the model bucket.
