We introduced a new pattern of business model, the Commercial complex. It contains shopping, entertainment, catering, residence and official business and so on, which brings great convenience to our city life. The commercial landscape design that based on this new business model can not only promote the economy, society and traffic development of our city, but can shape the image of our city as well. At present,the study of commercial complex in our country is still in its infancy. It directly result in that our city become the same, they are short of unique feature and human concern.This article will take Beijing commercial complex as example, and lay special strategy on its character, function, visitors and psychology. Then reach the conclusions as how to improve the recognition and attraction of commercial landscape. Meanwhile, how to gain continual development is also an important question.
