With the rapid development of the logistics industry, the demands for industry on efficiency, operating methods and paperless operations have become higher and higher.Traditional storage warehouse's in-warehouse, ex-warehouse and picking need staff to look for shelf number operation with a paper access list, so it is very difficult for a warehouse staff to achieve accurate and fast operation. Warehouse picking system enables computer to indicate the library storage path, thereby to reduce process errors of cargo access.The requirement of large-scale military enterprises for high stability, low error rate, multi-bit access, scalability and strong demand for its own warehouse picking system is much higher. The warehouse picking system requirements of high stability, low error rate, multi-bit access, scalability strong and demand for its own are increasing in the large-scale military enterprises. In this paper, on the background of the demand of Shenyang Aircraft Manufacturing Group warehouse, a set of storage picking system based Modbus protocol and RS-485 bus network is designed to eliminate the traditional warehousing defects, which achieves control of military enterprises warehouse 23,000 lights and electronic tags and monitoring warehouse.This system is consisted of master management software and slave computer LED controller, Electronic tags controller electronic tags and detection modules. In order to achieved military enterprises for high system operation stability and low error rate requirements, the RS-485 bus network, which is stable, reliable, jamproof and long range, is adopted to achieve master-slave half-duplex communications between PC and controller. LED controller control the status of 1024 lights with passive three bus. The bus-hot-pluggable is adopted in this structure, and modular design of the indicator controller MCU card and switch card, reduce the probability of controller crash, simplify the troubleshooting process.Meanwhile, the cards are easily accessible, upgrade and repair time is short and the system is more efficient. Serial port expansion circuit is adopted in Electronic tags controller, which increase the number of nodes in the system. Electronic tags, which use capacitive touch buttons, display information system information, reduce the man-machine interface area and simplify the work.Detection module implement the system environment monitor such as smoke, temperature, humidity and infrared alarm. C#language andC/S(client-server) development model is used in master computer to develop system management software, which implement the communication between the controller and the management of information.Master computer used C#language andC/S (client-server) development model.According to the three months' actual work environment test and analysis of usage in this system, the expected goal is almost implemented. It solves the problems in test process and improves system stability, which reaches requirements of the acceptance documents and complete warehouse application requirements.
