The electronic equipment of aerospace works in hostile environments that always in high shock and vibration load, of which the dynamic properties is the key to the electronic equipment's reliability and security. Vibration isolation system is an important device of electronic for vibration isolation buffer. Improvement and optimization design of vibration reduction is a good way to ensure the device of electronic work effective in harsh environment. Therefore, it's necessary to research design of electronic equipment vibration isolation system.This thesis studied the airborne power amplifiers electronic equipment on ship, the improvement of the vibration isolation system. Based on the modal of analysis theory and random vibration analysis, we use power amplifiers electronic devices for dynamic analysis and simulation, based on the dynamic characteristics of the electronic device, we use the software of ANSYS Workbench to optimization and design of electronic equipment isolation system's mount. Using size optimization, change the material and structural methods, we make four kinds of optima design of the installation location's mounting bracket. In advance, four kinds of designs with a large enough force to replace the random vibration loads for its fatigue strength simulation analysis, and compare the size of the equivalent stress and fatigue factor of safety, simulation analysis verified by random vibration, it is concluded that the best design solution.Based on the dynamic characteristics of the electronic device and vibration test fixture design requirements, the HyperWorks software of OptiStruct is used for topology optimization design of vibration test's test fixture and made a good performance test fixture.Through the analysis and calculation of the technical parameters of the vibration isolation system, and then select the type of vibration isolator of the power amplifier electronic equipment isolator, the reliability of the vibration isolation system is verified by experiment. The results show that after improving the vibration isolation system, the vibration reduction effect is improved, the resonance peak is obviously improved and the reliability of the mounting bracket and the shock absorber is highly improved.
